PERREAULT GETS ANOTHER WINNING SHOOTOUT GOAL FOR JETS by Momma Gouche

The Winnipeg Jets and the Ottawa Senators each got a power play in the first period of their Saturday night game. Both teams had  power play goals in the first period and there was no other scoring until  shootout. In the 6th round Mathieu Perreault  knew his stick was cracked and couldn’t risk breaking it, so he eased one into the corner and got the winning 2-1 goal. Mathieu’s has yet to get a goal other than in shootout. The Jet have moved up to a fairly presentable position in their Division with 18 points.
