JETS HOPEFULLY BACK ON TRACK

After a decisive win in the Winnipeg Jets first game of the season, the Jets lost 4 in a row. Tuesday night in their game against the Carolina Hurricanes they played to win and the game was ended 3-1 in the second period. There was no scoring in the third. Even my favorite, Dustin Byfuglien scored  He has been having back problems and hopefully that is behind him. There was again a preponderance of penalties with only one power play goal by the Hurricanes. Andrew Ladd and Adam Lorry had their first goals of the season. The Jets will soon be facing a 9 of 11 away games and lets hope that they can at least capitalize on quite a few of them.
