KESSEL SAVES THE DAY AGAIN

The Toronto Maple Leafs may have scored the first goal in Tuesday night’s game against the Colorado Avalanche but 2 goals by the Avalanche in the second period saw the Leafs down 2-1. Then Joffrey Lupul scored for Toronto midway thru the third and the game went into overtime. Who should become the hero again    … but Phil Kessel . He received a pass from Tyler Bozak , fumbled the puck …  managed to get it back … swung around the defenseman … and fired it in the net. Final score 3-2  for Toronto. Kessel has been playing some pretty heads-up hockey to start the season. Toronto now stands 2 and 2 and hopefully a few more players will put out the efforts that Phil has done.
