The Montreal Canadiens took an early lead and came out 2-0 in the first period in Tuesday night’s game against the Tampa Bay Lightning. Something went drastically wrong with the defense when the Lightning scored a short handed goal in the second. Montreal took back their 2 goal lead in the second period, but Tampa Bay scored two fast goals in the third, to tie the game @ 3-3. The Lightning were given a penalty in the third; which the Gouche and I thought both players should have been penalized, and Montreal scored on the power play…. and won the game 4-3. Montreal won 4 games in a row and clinched the round. True … we are proud Canadians … but we feel that Tampa Bay was unjustly meted out a single penalty … which may have been a factor in the outcome of the game. However! Good luck Canadiens!
