Jets Meet Their Nemesis by Momma Gouche

The Washington Capitals have blown the Winnipeg Jets out of their own arena twice in a row. Dustin Byfuglien got their lone goal on Friday night in a 6-1 loss. The Capitals were low on the totem pole with 25 points. The 4 points garnerd from the Jets puts them 5 behind them now. There were 11 penalties meted out, but only 1 power play goal by Washingtons’s, Alex Ovechkin. The Winnipeg Jets have played like rank amateurs the last couple of games; after having played well enough to put themselves into first in the Southeast Division. Time to have a look at some new strategy and perhaps some line changes.
