Gaborik In 105.41 Minutes by Momma Gouche

Marion Gaborik broke a nine game drought and became the hero of game 3 of the second round. It was a scoreless first and third period, with an intermission of a goal each for the New york rangers and the Washington Capitals in the second. A little blood fowed here and there. The game was tied 1-1 at the end of regulation. Alex Ovechkin missed the chance of being a back to back winner when he hit the post 15 minutes into the first overtime. But the game went on and on into the 3rd OT; before Gaborik skillfully tucked the game away on a wrist shot.
