Jets Get A “Little” Extra by Momma Gouche

Andrew Ladd opened the scoring at 18:21 of the first peiod on Tuesday night, which gave the Winnipeg Jets a 1-0 lead against the Boston Bruins. Goalie, Ondrej Pavelec, got another assist in this season. The second period was scoreless. Shawn Thorton tied the game at 3:16 of the third, but that was short lived as Bryan Little snapped an unassisted goal in one minute and 30 seconds later. There was no more scoring and the Jets came away with a record of 6 out of 7 games at home. Winnipeg is now 9th in the Eastern Division. It was rather a rough game with both teams sharing the penalties. I would have liked to have been amidst the state of euphoria the Winnipeg fans experienced as Little quickly ended the tie in the third period, and the Jets held on for the win.
