Kane Leads The Jets Again by Momma Gouche

Evander Kane scored at 1:47 of the first period Saturday night to give the Winnipeg Jets a 1-0 lead over the New Jersey Devils. The Devils tied the game up by the end of the first and went ahead 2-1 on a 5 on 3 power play goal at 17;17 of the second. 17 seconds later Alexander Burmistrov tied the game up again. The Jets took over in the third with goals by Mark Stuart and an empty net goal by Kane. Evander Kane got two goals and Bryan Little got two assists. These two players have certainly contributed a lot to the Jet’s successes. It was a chippy game, but the Winnipeg fans were again ecstatic about the way their boys rebounded and won 4-2.
