Columbus has the Blues…by Momma Gouche

Perhaps the loss by the Columbus Blue Jackets to the Philadelphia Flyers was the worst debacle of Saturday night’s hockey scene. However, Columbus scored at least got two goals while the Maple Leafs were held to none. The Flyers scored 8 goals in the first two periods, to put the game out of sight for the Blue Jackets. James Van Riemsdyk got a goal and two assists, Jaromir Jagr got a power play goal and an assist and Jakub Voracek, who was traded from the Blue Jackets last June, got a goal and an assist. Ironically, the Jackets out shot the Flyers 35-33. Columbus got goals from Derek Dorsett and Grant Clitsome in the third period. The Blue Jackets have a lowly 5 points in 14 games.
