Boston Ties The Series by Momma Gouche

It only took Tampa Bay Lightning’, Adam Hall, 13 seconds to open the scoring in Tuesday nights game against the Boston Bruins. Boston pressed hard and had several good shots on Dwayne Roloson. Most of the play was in the Lightning end half way through the first period. Boston had a 5-3 for 3 minutes and 21 seconds and finally scored a power play goal by Nathan Horton with 1 second left in the second penalty.Boston takes over in the second period and goals by Tyler Seguin at :48, David Krejci at 2:24 and at 6:30 Tyler Seguin scores again.( 3 goals on five shots). At 7:48 Vincent Lecavalier scores on a power play and the lead is cut to 2. Michele Ryder gets a power play goal at 16:16 and another goal at 19:41 and the score was now 6-3 and pretty well out of sight. The lightning strike back in the third with goals by Steven Stamkos at 3:47 and Dominic Moore at 13:15. Tampa Bay fought hard in the third period to overcome their deficit and they are to be commended, as they struggled til the clock ran out . Tim Thomas played a great game . Lecavalier (Tampa Bay) got 1 goal and three assists and young Tyler Seguin (Boston) got two goals and two assists.
