Montreal Evens The Series, Game Seven Tonight by Momma Gouche

Boston Bruins’ Shawn Thorton served a bench penalty at 8:54 and Daniel Seidenberg took a slashing penalty at 8:58 so Montreal had a 5 on 3. Michael Cammalleri shoots from the top of the face-off circle at 10:07 and the Canadiens have a 1-0 lead on a power play. Dennis Seidenberg scores at :48 of the second  and the score is tied at one. At 4:37 Milan Lucic runs Jaroslav Spacek into the boards and receives a 5 minute major and a game misconduct. Spacek has been cut and bleeding, but he returns to game later in the period. Brian Gionta scores a power play goal at 5:48 and the score was 2-1 Montreal’s Carey Price faced a lot of action in the opening of the third as Boston came on strong. Price made a couple of dandy  back … to … back saves and the Montreal Canadiens take the series to a seventh game.
