Habs Take Two on Bad Guys’ Turf

Montreal Canadiens’, Michael Cammalleri, takes no time in tallying a goal at :43 on Saturday, to go one up on the Boston Bruins. Mathieu Darche adds another at 2;20 to put The Canadiens up 2-0. No doubt the Bruins missed the ailing Zdeno Chara, but ironically, Chara had put Andrei Kostitsyn out of the Saturday game, when he hit him with a r. Kostitsyn’s replacement, the young defenseman Yanek Weber, backhanded one in to give Montreal their third goal at 17:21 of the second. Even though Boston had outshot Montreal 17-9, there was no effect on the score board. Boston’s, Patrice Bergeron, had tipped one in at 7:38 of the second, but that was not enough to tip the scales. The Canadiens will have to keep the same cool going home, and not become too overconfident. Bonne Chance Habs!
